Forest Friends is an award-winning, exploratory program that offers a unique educational experience for preschool children and their parents, incorporating hands-on activities with nature and environmental awareness.
Through nature, we learn to care!
Forest Friends is the best way to instill a respect and love for life that will characterize your children into adulthood.
This year’s spring session of Forest Friends will teach children through themes from some of our favorite stories: Stellaluna; A Rock is Lively; Diary of a Spider; A Busy Tree; Planting a Rainbow: Flower Fairies. Each week children will learn from a short lesson, a craft activity, and a nature hike.
Forest Friends is for children aged 2-5. Classes meet over the course of a six-week period from 9:30-11:00am. You can choose from the Tuesday program or the Friday program. The cost is $45 per student, KPNC membership at the Magnolia Level or above is required.
Register for Tuesdays, March 19 – April 23 HERE.
Register for Fridays, March 22 – April 26 HERE.
